Terms of use
The service
NuanceDesk is an AI-assisted content review workspace. It organises evidence and prepares cases for human decision-making. It does not make enforcement decisions, provide legal advice, or determine any person's legal status. You are responsible for the decisions your team records and the actions your platform takes.
Acceptable use
Use NuanceDesk only for legitimate content review, trust & safety, research, and policy work. Do not use it to harass or surveil individuals, to build databases of people's protected characteristics, to redistribute harmful material, or in violation of applicable law. Submitting content for review must be lawful for you in your jurisdiction and role.
AI output
Analyses are estimates produced by a language model. They can be wrong. The product requires human review by design; you agree not to represent AI output as a human or legal determination.
Your data
Workspace content remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to submit the content your team reviews.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as-is during the pilot programme, without warranties of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product.
