Do I need a payment method to start?: No. Every plan begins as a workspace you create with a normal sign-up. Billing for Team and Network plans is arranged directly with your team before anything is charged — there is no self-serve checkout.
What happens when live AI credentials aren't configured?: Live analysis requires an AI provider key on your deployment. Without one, submitting a case fails with a clear error rather than returning a placeholder. You can still explore the whole workflow through the fictional sample cases, which carry their own pre-authored analyses.
Can we bring our own moderation policy?: Yes. The seeded Context-First Safety Framework is a starting point. Policy Studio lets you duplicate it, rewrite every rule, publish versions, and test sample content against drafts.
